Who we are
Integrys Consulting (Cairo, Egypt) is responsible for your data in the Academy. Training is delivered on the ComplyNex platform, hosted on servers under our control; your data is not shared with any third-party training provider.
What we collect
- Name, certificate name, work email, company, job title and country.
- Your course progress, assessment results and certificates issued.
- Limited technical data for security (IP address at registration and sign-in).
Why we use it
- To deliver training and issue and verify certificates — on the basis of the consent you give at registration.
- To send news about courses, regulatory updates and services — only if you separately opt in. You can withdraw at any time.
- To protect the platform against abuse.
Public verification register
When a certificate is issued, anyone holding its number can verify it and see the name printed on it, the course, the date and the score. That is what makes the certificate verifiable.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and deleted 36 months after your last activity. Registrations whose email is never verified are deleted after 30 days.
Your rights
You can see your data, change email preferences and delete your data yourself from “My data” after signing in, or by writing to info@integrysconsult.com.
Where it is stored
On servers operated by Integrys / ComplyNex. We do not sell your data or share it with others for their marketing.
